My counselling specialties include, life stage adjustment, couple counselling, family therapy, anxiety, depression,
grief and loss, IVF counselling, and parenting issues.
As an experienced clinical counsellor, I am convinced that stress management is an important life skill, and I endevour to include this in your sessions.
Stress management skills are easy to learn, and a great investment in promoting the calm confidence we all strive for in life.
As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) and a registered Medicare provider
I am able to provide therapeutic counselling under the Better Access Program.
AMHSW's are highly experienced in working collaboratively with both you and your family,
You can check with your GP for eligibly for a Mental health Treatment Plan to qualify for
Medicare Rebates.
With a MHTP you can claim for 10 sessions a year under the Medicare program.
